It’s the university festival at Kitami Institute of Technology. There are lots of events that bring out your inner kid, like a bingo tournament, a Super Smash Bros. tournament, and a strikeout game. There’s also a beauty pageant, so there are plenty of activities for women to enjoy as well!

Seishun Festival | Ryutsu Keizai University (Shin-Matsudo Campus)Ibaraki Prefecture, Sat. 6/27 – Sun. 6/28
Ryutsu Keizai University is a private university established in 1965, with its headquarters in Hirahata, Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The university is divided into the Ryugasaki Campus and the Shin-Matsudo Campus, and it adopts a campus selection system that allows students to spend their entire time until graduation on a single campus. The school festival at the Shin-Matsudo Campus is called the Seishun Festival, and it is held every year over two days on the Saturday and Sunday of the third week of June.
