Seisen Festival is held on the campus of Seisen Jogakuin University and Junior College, located on a small hill in the nature-rich northern area of Nagano City. Each year it features a theme, and the event buzzes with comedy and music performances, as well as a beauty pageant characteristic of a women’s university.

Suzukaze Festival | Nagano College of NursingSat 9/6 – Sun 9/7, Nagano Prefecture
Suzukaze Festival is the school festival of Nagano College of Nursing, held in early September. You can enjoy events inspired by nursing knowledge as well as food stalls and other attractions.
