BGM from Granblue Fantasy. Popular tracks from GBF.

Granblue Fantasy is a social game you can play on smartphones and PCs.

With TV commercials airing and over 20 million users, it’s incredibly popular.

The story is a highlight, of course, but if you’ve played the game, many of you probably pay close attention to the music as well, right? And with good reason: the compositions are led by Nobuo Uematsu and Tsutomu Narita, who have worked on the Final Fantasy series and the Xeno series! Please enjoy Granblue’s BGM—packed with must-listen masterpieces—to your heart’s content.

Granblue Fantasy BGM: Popular Granblue Tracks (21–30)

Granblue Fantasy - Leviathan Magna BGM - new ver.
Leviathan MagnaNarita Tsutomu

Composed by Tsutomu Narita, who handles most of the BGM.

The opening flute, which evokes a sense of Japanese tradition, is very striking.

It has a battle-like sound, and in the game it’s indeed used during combat scenes.

There’s also a game-focused festival called Granblue Summer Fest, where this seems to be a popular track.

The chorus is grand, but midway it shifts into a tense development.

The flute melody returns here as well.

The interplay with the violin melody is another highlight!

Granblue Fantasy - Dantalion Battle BGM (Dominion Black Dragon)
Dominion Black DragonNarita Tsutomu

The BGM used in the battle against Dantalion, the boss of the in-game event “Persona 5: Thievery in Blue.” It’s a bold, Persona-style arrangement of “Wings of Black and Silver,” the Proto Bahamut battle theme, so if you’re familiar with that track, you’ll likely enjoy this even more.

The singer is the singer-songwriter Taro Kobayashi.

LyriaNarita Tsutomu

Granblue Fantasy OST Lyria – New World Order (The World BGM)
LyriaNarita Tsutomu

It’s a song for a character named Luria, and I was amazed by how incredible the voice actor’s singing is.

These days, voice actors are all so good at singing, aren’t they? I heard it appears in a flashback in the Blue Girl arc, and if you haven’t played it, you might be wondering what kind of flashback it is.

Maybe it’s a scene that really enhances the story! It’s a very polished and cool track.

This is a character song for Vyrn, the mascot character from Granblue Fantasy.

It’s one of the tracks included in the limited edition of the character song “OVER THE SKY,” sold at Granblue Fantasy Fes 2017 in December 2017.

The song is an arrangement of the Proto Bahamut battle BGM, “Wings of Pure Silver,” and is sung by Rie Kugimiya, who voices Vyrn.

Don’t miss Vyrn’s adorable singing voice!

The Three Crows: A Han PoemUematsu Nobuo / Maezawa Hidenori

A character song first unveiled at the January 2016 Granblue Fantasy event “Caiolea.” The song was born from a gag in the official comedy manga “Guraburu!” Episode 54, “Three Guys of the Earth Element!”, where three earth-element men, half-naked, shout “Seiya! Soiya!” as they struggle against Manawydan.

Enjoy the full-throttle “Seiya! Soiya!” performances by Keiji Fujiwara, Rikiya Koyama, and Hiroki Yasumoto, who voice Eugen, Soriz, and Jin!

Yggdrasil MagnaNarita Tsutomu

It’s a cute and beautiful piece said to represent Yggdrasil Magna, who appears as a girl with braided reddish-purple hair.

It’s an arrangement of the Lumacie Archipelago’s BGM that keeps its fragility and poignancy while building it up into a rousing battle track.

In a Niconico Live broadcast in June 2016 titled “Everyone’s Choice: Granblue Music Ranking,” it proudly took first place in the “Favorite Song in Granblue Fantasy” segment, making it a very popular track.

This is the theme song for the character Godguard Brodia, and it’s also used as the battle BGM for the event Brave Ground.

The piece blends the beauty of strings with the power of percussion, exemplified by the timpani.

As the track progresses into the latter half, it grows increasingly valiant, no doubt inspiring courage in many players.
