[Lots of cute ghosts!] Halloween Ghost Paper Cup Crafts (1–10)
Ghost candy bag made from a paper cup

A ghost-themed candy bag made from paper cups is perfect for kids’ crafts because it’s easy to make and offers lots of design freedom.
Prepare one paper cup with slits cut so candy can be placed inside, and another untouched paper cup.
Attach a handle to the slit cup, then tape the rims of the two cups together from the inside to create the shape.
If you draw a ghost face on it and add Halloween touches like a hat or a cape, it will look even more like a candy bag.
It’s simple yet allows for originality, making it an easy craft for children.
wobbly ghost

Since there aren’t many steps, a child who can use scissors might be able to make this all by themselves! Here’s how to do it: On the drinking rim side of a regular-sized paper cup, make two slits about 1 cm deep and 1 cm wide.
Make the same slits on the opposite side, 180 degrees apart.
Then fold the flaps between the slits down toward the bottom of the cup.
Next, loop a rubber band over the folded parts—almost done.
Stack a small paper cup on both the top and bottom of the prepared cup, and it’s complete! The bottom cup is held in place by the rubber band, so when you hold it and shake, it wobbles.
Draw a ghost face on the paper cups or decorate them with face-part stickers.
They look cute even just as decorations.
Tokotoko Ghost

You can make a cute little “toko-toko” ghost that walks in a slightly clumsy way using a pudding cup, a paper cup, an AA battery, a rubber band, and twine.
First, cut slits in the pudding cup.
Next, wrap the rubber band and twine around the battery and attach it to the pudding cup to create the moving mechanism.
Finally, cover it with the decorated paper cup—add a ghost or jack-o’-lantern design—and you’re done! Pull the twine and let go, and the rubber band’s power makes it start toddling along.
It’s a fun craft idea that you can play with over and over after making it.

A ghost popping out with nylon gloves

A pop-up ghost that’s sure to delight kids, even though it’s made with simple steps.
Make a hole near the bottom of a paper cup and thread a straw through it.
Next, cover the rim (the drinking side) of the paper cup with a thin nylon glove, secure the edge with a rubber band, and tape it in place.
Stick a piece of paper with a cute ghost drawing onto the fingertips of the glove, and you’re done.
When you blow into the straw, the glove inflates and the ghosts pop out from inside the paper cup.
Adults can inflate it, or kids can blow it up themselves and have lots of fun!
Paper cup fishing game

A perfect fishing game for Halloween! Just drawing cute ghost faces on paper cups is enough to get you excited.
If parents and kids make it together, it’s sure to become a fun memory.
The game of “fishing” the finished ghosts would also make a lively party game if you invite friends.
Let’s all work together to make and play, and fully enjoy the Halloween atmosphere!
Ghost Cracker

Perfect for Halloween parties and the like: ghost crackers! To make the base, simply take a paper cup with the bottom removed and attach a halved balloon with vinyl tape.
Then draw ghost faces or anything you like on the cup.
Put in confetti made from finely cut origami paper or small pom-pom balls, and you’re ready to go! When you pull the balloon part, the contents pop out like a party cracker.
If you fill it with ghost illustrations or tiny ghost figurines, it will feel even spookier.
Ghost Shooter
Let’s make a ghost shooter toy that launches a paper cup using paper cups, cotton swabs, and rubber bands.
First, prepare two paper cups with the bottoms cut out.
For the third paper cup, poke a small hole in the center of the bottom and cut off about 5 cm from the rim.
Next, tie a rubber band to the shaft of a cotton swab and thread it through the small hole in the cup you just prepared—that completes the build.
To play, stack the two bottomless paper cups together, then place the cup with the rubber band on top.
Pull the rubber band and release it… and the cup with the rubber band will shoot out with force! It would be fun to make targets, like balloons, and play a shooting game.
You can also decorate the paper cups by drawing ghost faces or adding stickers.
