Card Magic Revolution

This is a magic routine performed with oversized playing cards—about twice the size of regular ones.
Cards casually drawn from the deck change their faces, and three Kings appear one after another.
You’d expect the fourth card to be a King as well, but instead an Ace shows up.
Just as you’re thinking “Huh?”, all four cards transform into Aces.
From there, unbelievable effects continue to unfold one after another, so don’t blink.
Pulling off such feats—not with regular, palm-sized cards but with large ones that leave little room for misdirection—must have required tremendous technique and dedication!
Elevator card

Let’s try the classic “Elevator Card” magic trick! First, shuffle the deck in front of your audience and have someone draw a card without letting the magician see it.
After they return the card and you shuffle again, say, “This is the card you picked,” and perform the trick of making the card rise using static electricity or your fingers.
The secret is to set the selected card on the top of the deck and only shuffle the remaining cards.
It’s a trick that kids and adults alike can enjoy—give it a try and show it off!

Ambitious Card

The Ambitious Card is a classic technique in card magic that has been loved for a long time.
The astonishing effect of a spectator’s signed card repeatedly rising to the top of the deck captivates viewers.
It demands technical skills such as timing and handling, making it an ideal trick for honing your magic.
Moreover, the sense of accomplishment when you perform it beautifully is incomparable.
Keep practicing and aim even higher!
The selected card comes out of the case.

It’s a magic trick where you put the deck—after returning the selected card—back into the case, and when you shake the case, the previously chosen card pops out.
The method is that when you return the card to the deck, you secretly pull it out with the other hand and palm it, allowing you to produce the selected card from outside the case.
Since you’ll also be holding the case while the card is concealed in the inside of your hand, be very mindful of your angles so you don’t show the inner side.
After that, move the card to the bottom of the case and slide it out to produce it—done.
If you grip the card too hard it can bend, so keep your hand relaxed and hold the card lightly between your fingers.
Mr. Maric’s Most Hilarious Magic in the World!

This is a one-minute magic trick by Mr.
Maric.
I think most people in Japan know him—he’s a very unique magician! In this video, money keeps appearing from a handkerchief, and he playfully uses it to pay for a meal.
A magic trick where a card from the deck ends up in a pocket

This is a magic trick where a card with a drawing, which should have been returned to the deck, appears to teleport into your pocket.
You pretend to return it to the pack but actually palm it, then release the card at the moment you reach into your pocket to take it out.
Since you’re concealing a large card in your hand, the angle so it can’t be seen from the front and a natural, unobtrusive hand shape are crucial points.
If you take too long, the spectator’s gaze will wander and the method is more likely to be exposed, so it’s best to perform the whole sequence briskly.
Card revelation using a civil cut

It’s a magic trick where someone picks a card, returns it to the deck, and you shuffle.
From that state, using a special mixing method, the chosen card seemingly rises to the top.
Because it’s an unfamiliar and complex-looking sequence called the Sybil cut, it appears as though the cards are being thoroughly mixed, but in the end, it simply reveals the bottom card of the deck.
It also gives the impression that a classic technique—bringing the selected card to the very bottom—is being concealed by the Sybil cut’s elaborate appearance.
The way the packets are split and the finger movements are handled smoothly throughout is what makes it look complex and keeps the secret from being noticed.
