When I attended my first music festival as a freshman in college, I was captivated by its charm—“I can’t believe there’s a place this free and this fun.” I share information about wonderful music festivals every day to help grow the community of festival fans.

This festival began with painter DRAGON76—who is based in New York and works around the world—wanting to revitalize his hometown. It’s an event where you can enjoy art and music, with booths offering delicious local food and culture, making it a festival that truly lets you experience Shiga.
