HoneyWorks' classic and popular songs (21–30)
Good morning on Friday -another story-HONEY WORKS

This is the girl’s-perspective version of “Good Morning on Friday.” I like listening to the two songs back to back—makes me think, “So they’re into each other after all!” and I can’t help but swoon while listening.
That shoujo-manga-like vibe that makes you feel like you’re reading one is something only HoneyWorks can pull off!
Tokyo Summer SessionHONEY WORKS

When it comes to HoneyWorks, it has to be the Confession Executive Committee series.
Among those, I especially love Tokyo Summer Session! It’s so much fun to listen to how the stories of three couples unfold with a fireworks festival as the motif.
Plus, it’s a song that I can’t help but hum along to!

The version sung by the voice actor has become more famous, and this one has been overshadowed, but it’s also a masterpiece.
It tells the story of a boy who was betrayed in the past and learns to trust people again.
The cool, driving melody seems to express the fighting spirit of a boy battling against reality.
Magical MelodyHoneyWorks feat. Xin Hua

First of all, this song is sung in Taiwanese.
The voicebank used, Xinfa (Xinhua), is also a Taiwanese Vocaloid.
Even so, I feel it’s a masterpiece, and that’s thanks to the power of the melody and the beauty of the voice.
I don’t understand the lyrics, but it still fills me with a bright, uplifting feeling.
That, to me, is the mark of a true classic.
A mischievous encounterHONEY WORKS

This is also a song from the Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai ~Love Series~.
This track connects to the later-released ‘Heart no Shuchou,’ and I can’t help but want to listen to the two songs back to back (lol).
I’m really curious about how the two’s romance continues after what we saw in the music video…
MomHONEY WORKS

When I listened to this song, I actually started to cry.
In a word, it’s moving.
It makes me want to say thank you to my mother.
It’s not easy to say, though (lol).
This song reminded me just how important our parents are—so much that no amount of gratitude would ever be enough.
Confession Rehearsal -another story-HoneyWorks feat. Kagamine Ren

Perhaps because Another Story is from the boy’s point of view, its views are lower than the main story.
But even from the boy’s perspective, it’s more than enough to make your heart flutter.
It also lets you enjoy that same thrilling excitement, like playing a romance simulation game.
