It’s a drum and bass celebration. Held annually at London’s Tobacco Dock, this festival was conceived to spread drum and bass culture from the UK to the rest of the world. The festival avoids competition, monopolizes the market to maintain prices, and seeks to increase profits. In Los Angeles, producers gather and perform with drum and bass as their foundation.
