This is an exhilarating uptempo track that conjures up shining scenes of summer sun, the sea, and fireworks.
Released in June 2022 and later included on the album “Kafuu,” it was written as the campaign song for Lawson’s “Cooling Sweets.” The refreshing feeling of eating a sweet treat perfectly links with the excitement of summer; just listening makes your heart feel lighter and inspires you to head outside.
It’s recommended for when you want to start something new or refresh your mood.

Included on the album TIME, released in January 2025, it was chosen as the theme song for the film 366 Days.
Conceived as an answer song to the beloved classic 366 Days, its worldview evokes a certain hope that lies beyond sorrow.

It’s a gentle number that seems to carry the soft scent of Okinawa’s sun and soil.
Written and composed by drummer Shun Naka, this song tenderly sings about the small joys in everyday life and the bonds between people.

HY is well known for singing poignantly about unrequited love.
“Switch” is the lead track that opens their 15th album, Kafuu, released in September 2022.
It’s said that Nakasone created the song inspired by her daughter’s “love for a two-dimensional character.” Centered on the theme of the ultimate one-sided crush on someone beyond the screen, it’s a modern love song that portrays a form of love transcending not only physical distance but even dimensions.
I love you soooo much!HY

This song embraces the world of a romantic comedy set in my hometown of Okinawa, depicting the frustrating yet bittersweet feelings of youthful love.
Included on the album “TIME,” released in January 2025, it was newly written as the opening theme for the TV anime “The Girl I Like in Okinawa is So Dialect-Heavy It Hurts.” It blends an exhilarating lift that makes you want to break into kachāshī and a poignant tightness in your chest.

The exhilarating sound, with brilliantly resounding brass band tones, unites not only the players battling on the field but also the cheering squads and spectators in the stands.

Released as the fourth installment of a five-month consecutive release project conducted in December 2020, this work is included on the 14th album, HANAEMI.
Based on a true story from someone Nakasone knows, it’s a love song that portrays the heartrending story of being separated without ever confessing your feelings to the one you love.
The lyrics, which try to express the distance between the two and the certainty of their feelings through numbers and symbols, really strike a chord.
It’s a song I’d like people nursing unspoken feelings in a one-sided love to listen to.
