An 11-member band that debuted in 2005 with their first album, “shango comedown above me.” The lineup included Nice Hashimoto, who later made a name for himself as a rapper, and they deliver authentic R&B with a rich, full sound.

KEMURIMondo Grosso
Mondo Grosso is a band led by Shinichi Osawa, who is also active as a club DJ.

This track has a distinctly contemporary feel—perhaps close to house music? It also evokes a similar vibe to the techno tracks produced by post-electro artists who became popular in France after 2000.
Mondo Grosso went on hiatus for a period, but resumed activities in 2017.
