Furthermore, in 2003 they appeared at Jamaica’s music festival, Sumfest, demonstrating their active presence both in Japan and abroad.

Formed in 2004 and continuing their activities through several lineup changes, SiM has become an indispensable presence in the Japanese rock scene.

Calling themselves a reggae-punk band, they thrive with a style that blends punk rock and loud rock with reggae, ska, dub, and other genres.

They frequently provide theme songs for anime as well, so even those who aren’t rock fans have likely heard their music.

The four members—MAH, SHOW-HATE, SIN, and GODRi—craft bold, message-driven tracks that leave a powerful impression on listeners.
