A four-piece metalcore band formed in 2012 and based in Osaka.
While their shout vocals and loud sound typical of metalcore are part of the appeal, they are distinguished by a wide-ranging approach to songwriting, including a versatile vocal style that switches between clean singing and screamo depending on the track, as well as rhythm changes that incorporate irregular meters.
Beyond sheer intensity and speed, their music—built on melodic lines and chord progressions that carry a sense of poignancy—reveals a depth that goes far beyond being merely hard.

Formed in 2009, the project initially staged visuals and music in parallel, and after some lineup changes it took on its current band form.
The group now consists of three members: vocalist Daisuke, guitarist Takashi, and bassist Reiya.
Rooted in metalcore, they craft a unique world by wielding the contrast between delicate, beautiful melodies and ground-crawling death vocals.
The band name SEVER BLACK PARANOIA means “to sever black paranoia,” embodying a strong resolve to never let things end as mere delusions.
Immune to anything but you…NEW BREED
A pop tune by NEW BREED that established a musical genre also known as “Picolimo,” named for the beeping, chiptune-like sound created through effects processing.
Its poppy, upbeat mood takes a sharp turn in the C section, tightening up the entire track like a strategic accent color in fashion.

A screamo idol group that champions a new genre, “Kawaii-Death.” Flanked by beautiful girls, a cross-dressing foreigner—nothing short of a visual monster—sings and dances to metal-infused music, a concept so innovative it made a huge impact.
They currently perform as two idol units with additional support members.

A dance track by ANGRY FROG REBIRTH, based in Tokyo.
As the title suggests, its poppy rhythm makes it perfect for two-stepping and feels great.
For the band, it’s also an ambitious piece that incorporates clean vocals as an accent and weaves shifts within the song like a classic beginning–development–twist–conclusion arc.
Mind HavenMAKE MY DAY
Originally performing under the band name ASHLEY SCARED THE SKY, this four-piece rock band has earned high praise not only at rock festivals in Japan but also for their performance at Indonesia’s largest rock festival, Jack Cloth Summer Fest.
Their sound is hard yet solid, reminiscent of Western loud rock, and they’re known for the interplay between two vocal styles—clean and scream.
With their diverse range of songs, they are widely regarded as a leading contender to carry the next generation of the loud rock scene.
