Issued on September 9, the anniversary of their debut, it topped the Oricon weekly chart and marked a hit that reflected the group’s growing maturity.

100% CourageHikaru GENJI

Yuki 100%, the 21st single by Hikaru Genji, was released in May 1993.
Although Hikaru Genji’s momentum had waned considerably by the ’90s, this song still reached No.
5 on the Oricon weekly chart and sold around 100,000 copies.
However, after it was used as the theme for the NHK anime Nintama Rantarō, it became a staple for livening up kindergarten and elementary school events.

This is a solo number by Koichi Domoto included on KinKi Kids’ first album, A album, released in 1996.
It was used as the ending theme for Nippon TV’s drama Silver Wolf: Strange Case Files, the first serial drama starring Koichi Domoto alone.
It’s a gentle midtempo song featuring his sweet, youthful vocals.

Released in October 1999, KinKi Kids’ eighth single, “Ame no Melody.” It’s a rain-themed song with a vibe similar to “Glass no Shounen.” The single also includes the double A-side track “to Heart,” which was the theme song for a drama they starred in, and its total Oricon sales reached 852,000 copies.

The 11th single by TOKIO, released on February 11, 1997.
It was used as the theme song for the drama Psychometrer Eiji, starring TOKIO’s drummer Masahiro Matsuoka.
The chorus includes a solo part by Matsuoka.
In Psychometrer Eiji, Masahiro Matsuoka played Eiji Asuma, a delinquent youth with psychometry abilities who can read past memories by touching objects or people.
