Tomboy is a female singer unit formed by Sonim and Akane Ōsawa.

They came together in autumn 2006 after co-starring on Fuji TV’s special program “Club Activities.” In November 2007, they released their debut single “SUPER STAR” from Avex Trax.

27 on the Oricon chart, drawing attention for their vocals and dance performance.

The song was composed by South Korean hitmaker Park Geun-tae and is a Japanese-language cover of a track originally performed by the Korean girl group JEWELRY.
