Entrance Theme Songs of Popular K-1 Fighters Throughout the Years (1–10)
MemoriesDavid Guetta ft. Kid Cudi

Taito Gunji is a fighter who excels at a strategy like Giorgio Petrosyan’s—updating his data during the match and adapting to his opponent’s habits in the final stages.
He’s one of the figures poised to lead the next era of K-1, and despite his calm analysis, he’s also adept at a hard-hitting, toe-to-toe fighting style.
His walkout song is “Memories.” For a fighter’s entrance theme, it has an unusually smooth vibe, but it still delivers a solid surge of excitement at the drop.
Staring At The SunThe Offspring

Hirotaka Urabe is a kickboxer known as one of the New K-1 Four Kings.
He competed in the era just before Takeru and his younger brother Koya Urabe, and he boasted top-tier skills in the featherweight and super featherweight divisions of that time.
His entrance theme is “Staring At The Sun.” These days he carries a seasoned, understated presence, but his entrance song is surprisingly punk.
Looking back at his old style, you can see how well the track matched his image, so be sure to check out Hirotaka Urabe’s past fights.
Give It AwayRed Hot Chili Peppers

One of Crest’s representative fighters, Koya Urabe.
He’s the younger brother of Hirotaka Urabe and a great kickboxer who delivered a legendary brother-versus-brother match.
He competed in the super featherweight division, and because his out-boxing style didn’t always appeal to general audiences, his public recognition isn’t that high.
Still, a few years ago he had the skill to hold his own against world-class opponents.
His walkout song, Give It Away, perfectly matches the weathered vibe of the Red Hot Chili Peppers with his dignified presence.

The Wild BoysDuran Duran

Mirko Cro Cop, the legendary kickboxer famed for his world-class left high kick and lightning-fast footwork.
He was also one of the first kickboxers to adapt to mixed martial arts, and he excelled at a calculated, logical approach in the ring.
His entrance theme was “The Wild Boys.” Although he was known for a Terminator-like poker face during fights, his entrance song was surprisingly passionate.
It’s a new wave–driven track that sparked a huge boom in the 1980s and actually aligns with today’s trends in some ways.
Because of that, I think many younger listeners will like it too!
Silver WolfSTAB BLUE

Among Japanese kickboxers, Masato is a fighter who boasts top-class ability in history.
Although a match against Giorgio Petrosyan—often called the strongest kickboxer in human history—never materialized, Masato is a great kickboxer who recorded a 1–1 record against Buakaw Por.
Pramuk, a fighter who was able to go toe-to-toe with Petrosyan.
His entrance theme is “Silver Wolf,” a death metal track that perfectly suited the flashy, hard-edged Masato of that era.
Rainy WayYazawa Eikichi
Kickboxer Rukiya Anpo, who’s also hugely successful as a YouTuber.
It’s still fresh in our minds that his contract with K-1 ended and he became a free agent.
He may not be among the world’s absolute elite, but within Japan he’s top-tier—especially boasting strong punching and positioning skills.
His walkout song is “Rainy Way,” a classic by Eikichi Yazawa.
The song’s vibe meshes perfectly with Anpo’s straightforward personality.
I BelieveTOK

Norifumi “KID” Yamamoto, the prodigy known as the Son of God.
He was a Japanese fighter who thrived when PRIDE was at its peak.
Though he passed away young due to cancer, the classic battles he left behind still influence many martial arts fans today.
In fights, rather than a clever, calculated approach, he excelled at a style that overwhelmed opponents by pure instinct.
His entrance song, “I Believe,” is a gentle reggae classic that seems to embody that instinctive style of his.
