Kameari Festival is a music festival held at Ario Kameari, a mixed-use commercial complex in Kameari, Katsushika Ward. Organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Association, an NPO aimed at revitalizing Katsushika, the event brings in musicians from all over Japan.
