Brave Back
Brave Back, a melodic punk band from Amagasaki.
When I first saw you, I thought, “What a cute older brother.”
However, when you actually listen to the songs, the content is mostly quite melodic.
When I listened to Singalong, it somehow felt very melodic yet incredibly fresh.
Amazingly, this band was formed when they were in junior high school.
Brave Back overcame hiatuses due to entrance exams and member changes to arrive at its current lineup.
Anyway, you should listen to Brave Back’s super pop songs at least once!
Baby Leaf
Baby Leaf is a three-piece rock band of two genders from Kobe.
Among bands with female vocals, this is one I really love.
When I first saw Baby Leaf, my impression was that they were such a good band that I thought it might be the theme song for something.
Baby Leaf’s songs are characterized by melodies that linger in the ear, along with a sense of poignancy.
A delicate piece of music—that kind of vibe.
This is one of the bands that will absolutely blow up from here on out.
Slimcat
Slimcat, a band sending out pop music from Hyogo.
Pop, fun music that makes your body move without thinking!
Even if you don’t know the songs, Slimcat’s music will get you grooving!
It feels like music that's perfectly suited to the times!
Since our guitarist-vocalist Ogawa grew up overseas, many of our songs have a Western pop/rock vibe.
What’s funny is that even the MC ends up speaking in English.
Won the 2015 Devil Child Grand Prix.
Performed at COMIN’ KOBE ’15, one of the largest free charity festivals in Japan.
Many of you may have seen them already, but they’re a hugely buzzworthy band you won’t be able to take your eyes off in their upcoming activities!
shellfish
Shellfish, a rock band from Kobe.
They’re an insanely cool, vocal-driven band!
My recommendation from shellfish is... 'The Bread Song' (lol)
I love that they’re seriously singing about plain bread!
I recommend doing that because after listening to it, when you listen to other tracks you can really appreciate how cool Shellfish is (lol).
Received the Teen White Paper Executive Committee Award at the 2014 Teen White Paper Summit Finals.
They’re a band whose talent is truly solid, so I really hope you’ll give them a listen.

the fin (Za Fin)
If someone who doesn’t know listens to it, they’ll surely think it’s Western music.
This is the speechless-inducing band the fin., which has reportedly been inundated with inquiries from overseas.
The prowess that captured the world’s attention is now beyond the realm of simply being good or bad.
Truly the real thing.
Even amid a sea of bands, the fin. radiates a singular, standout talent.
Synth-pop reminiscent of the '80s and '90s.
A mesmerizing music video and a very beautiful voice.
You should definitely know the jealousy-themed songs by the fin.!
Alcott
I’m not sure if I should call them a young band, but they’re one I really want to introduce.
Are you familiar with Alcott?
It has already garnered overwhelming support in the rock industry.
I want it to reach those who don’t know yet.
I want people who like rock to listen to it.
Their music stands out with a striking presence.
They have performed many times at the local Kobe charity festival COMIN’KOBE and are a presence you can’t take your eyes off in the J-ROCK scene.

STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT)
STUN is a four-piece rock band from Kobe.
They deliver their signature “pre-adulthood preventive medical music,” created by a group of medical university students.
They’re all songs that, while classic at their core, still evoke a certain emotional feel.
The phrase “medical music” is truly fitting.
Something we tend to forget as we grow up.
When you feel like you're forgetting the wholehearted joy you had as a child, I hope you'll listen to 'preventive medical music before becoming an adult.'
FAAFAAZ (Fāfāzu)
A power-type band, FAAFAAZ!
What do you mean by a power type!?
It's about FAAFAAZ!
A band with incredible speed.
A band that made me think, “They’re power-type!” when they used a different expression that wasn’t hardcore.
We’re sending out music from Hyogo that makes you want to respond with your whole body as you listen!
Please listen to this when you need a boost.
SAPPY (Sappī)
SAPPY, a romantic sentimental pop group from Kobe.
It's too cute.
My Hairand/or; such as; or (used to list examples)SEKAI NO OWARII think people who like it will come to like it.
The phrase “romantic sentimental pop” fits perfectly.
Not just cute—the eye-catching part is the band’s individuality.
I felt a new rock.
It’s not exactly shocking, but there’s nothing else like it!
Something like that.

There are many bands from Hyogo Prefecture that I personally like.
Hyogo Prefecture also has a pretty large number of bands.
