Stray Kids are male artists I especially want people to watch in the Reiwa era.

In 2022, following their mini-album ODDINARY, they hit No.

1 on the U.S.

charts for the second time in a row with MAXIDENT, and their momentum just keeps building! The songs crafted by 3RACHA—the team consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—are outstanding.

SKZ have lots of catchy rhythms and phrases, and their Japanese tracks with huge impact, like ALL IN, are also a big draw.

Their dance performances, which bring each song’s world to life, shine with a masculine, aggressive, hard-charging style.

Be sure to pay attention to main dancer Hyunjin’s breathtakingly supple elegance as well.

They carry a beastly lineage reminiscent of their JYP seniors 2PM, combined with a refined, hybrid polish.

Highly recommended if you like wild artists!

SEVENTEEN are wonderful as a self-produced idol group known for their meticulous craftsmanship.

While their cute appeal and charming personalities from their debut still stand out, in recent years they’ve also become a high-sense group with a smart edge.

They’re divided into role-based teams: the Vocal Team, Hip-Hop Team, and Performance Team.

Led by Hoshi, the leader of the Performance Team, their captivating synchronized dancing is a must-see! They capitalize on their large lineup to deliver beautiful formation dances, a key strength often referred to as “kal-gunmu” (razor-sharp group choreography).

The power of their up-tempo tracks like “HIT” is undeniable, and even ballad-style dances, such as in “Not Alone,” are dazzling and mesmerizing.

ENHYPEN is a global boy group, the junior group to BTS, born from the audition program I-LAND.

Centered around their title tracks, their razor-sharp choreography expresses an intensity that pulls you in all at once, while their dynamic control is also beautifully executed.

NI-KI, the youngest and the only Japanese member, is highly experienced and stands out as one of the most skilled performers.

Speaking of ENHYPEN, their alluring, sensual quality that comes through in the choreography of any song is truly outstanding.

Their formation work is mesmerizingly beautiful as well.

True to the origin of their name—growing through connections like a hyphen—you can fully feel that appeal through their dance.

TXT (Tomorrow X Together) debuted in 2019 under Big Hit Entertainment, now HYBE.

As BTS’s junior group, they attracted major attention from the start.

All the members are said to be the “visuals,” and their cuteness and approachability are irresistible—guaranteed to make your heart flutter.

They’ve also sung songs provided by Japanese artists, making them a joy for Japanese music fans from multiple angles.

Above all, you can’t help but be drawn to their dancing, which makes the most of their tall stature and refined looks.

Their smart formation dances—seen in one of their signature tracks, “Blue Hour”—are strikingly cool, and their energetic performances are uplifting to watch.

Their bold, powerful side in 2022’s “Good Boy Gone Bad” was fantastic as well.

Be sure to pay attention to the golden balance created by the five members.

Debuting under SM Entertainment in 2008, SHINee is a star group that captivates K-pop fans with their charismatic performances.

They are very active in Japan and have been loved for a long time.

Not only are they skilled dancers, but each member also has strong vocal ability and is active as a solo artist.

From unique and stylish tracks like “LUCIFER” and “1 of 1” to classic ballads, they express a wide range of styles, but their refined dance performances are especially a must-see.
