The group’s name comes from “eight boys who carry moonlight that illuminates the dark night.” True to that image, the song is filled with a positive vibe! With many ocean-themed scenes, including in the music video, it also captures a summery atmosphere.

Want You To SayPLAYBACK
It’s a tropical hip-hop track that almost feels modeled after calypso, with a rhythm section influenced by trap and reggaeton—a perfect summer dance-pop song! The group’s biggest strength is its unconventional, non–K-pop style.
The song released before this one also had a Western pop vibe, and I think the sound captures global trends.
