This is the Japanese debut release from the eight-member boy group, Lunate, out in June 2024.
The group’s name comes from “eight boys who carry moonlight that illuminates the dark night.” True to that image, the song is filled with a positive vibe! Centered on the theme suggested by its title—“a beauty that never fades”—it carries a message celebrating the wonders of nature as well as growth and change in life.
With many ocean-themed scenes, including in the music video, it also captures a summery atmosphere.

Want You To SayPLAYBACK
It’s a tropical hip-hop track that almost feels modeled after calypso, with a rhythm section influenced by trap and reggaeton—a perfect summer dance-pop song! The group’s biggest strength is its unconventional, non–K-pop style.
The song released before this one also had a Western pop vibe, and I think the sound captures global trends.

NCT WISH is a new group born from NCT, active in both Japan and Korea.
