Born in Pontocho, Kyoto, she’s the daughter of a long-established obanzai (Kyoto home-style cuisine) restaurant. Armed with her eccentric, distinctive Japanese kawaii fashion and a uniquely toned voice delivering graceful Kyoto-dialect talk, she is active across various fields including singing, MC work, and modeling. Since 2015, she has served as the visual icon MONSTER GIRL “CRAZY Asachill” at Harajuku’s KAWAII MONSTER CAFE, gaining popularity among people of all ages. Recently, she performed at the Kaga Onsen-kyo Festival 2017 and has been an image model for the Harajuku street brand Listen Flavor. From Kyoto to Tokyo and out into the world, the momentum of the Asachill universe shows no signs of stopping this year. She is currently producing an album compiling her early songs.
