Summer Music Festival Schedule Summary [2026]

“LOVERS FESTIVAL” is an outdoor music festival organized by the live music venue KOBE BLUEPORT, located a 3-minute walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station. Embracing the concept of “a festival created solely by Kobe bands,” it uniquely positions not only the performing artists but also the photographers and food vendors as part of the performers. The 2026 edition marks the first in two years and will be held on June 7 at TOTTEI PARK in Kobe.

First held in 2009, the Kita City Music Festival National Competition is a music festival staged at Kita Topia in Kita City, Tokyo, where participants present the results of their practice through karaoke and dance. Aiming to promote and develop the popular song world, it serves as a gateway to professional singing by offering new songs, and has produced major-debut artists to date. With four judging divisions, it is primarily an open-call competition that recruits participants nationwide regardless of age or place of residence. The 17th edition will be held in June 2026.
