Rhythm Tap Game
A world made of strange structures and celestial bodies | Tone Sphere

Let's explore a world made of strange structures and celestial bodies, guided by a sense of rhythm.
Deeply layered story structure and realistic piano sound quality | Deemo

The system costs 240 yen and uses in-app purchases to let you play more songs, but the big draw is how many tracks you can access at just this initial 240-yen stage. There are roughly 30 songs! Some are hidden or unlockable via score, but even at this point there’s substantial volume. With purchases, you can download collections from composers you like, and since those tracks are uploaded to YouTube under each playlist’s name, it’s easy to pay only for the composers you’re interested in. The game’s music is primarily piano-centric, and you tap in time with points that fall from the top of the screen. The layout reflects a real piano, with lower notes to the left and higher notes to the right. There are also many tracks with electronic elements like dubstep and techno. You can adjust the falling speed from 1 to 9, and each song offers easy, normal, and hard modes. However, the tap judgment is a bit lenient, so advanced rhythm-game players may find the difficulty on the lighter side. As your score increases, event movies play and the story progresses silently, making this recommended for piano lovers and those who enjoy a fantastical, nostalgic atmosphere.
Fusion of music and art. A profound world and beautiful graphics | Cytus
Feel the music and art—the resonance of beats and sound! You'll be drawn into a unique world of graphics and music.
Tap out the beat with your fingers to the rhythm | jubeat plus

A simple rhythm game where you tap the screen with good timing. By default you can only play three songs, but by purchasing additional song packs from the iTunes Store or the jubeat store, you can play many more tracks. You can even buy the same songs as the arcade version of jubeat, making it perfect for practice! The iOS version also lets you battle via Bluetooth. It might feel a bit limited if you only play for free, but I think the paid packs are definitely worth it.
VOEZ | A New-Sensation Music Game App

A new app from Rayark, the creators of the hugely popular music apps Cytus and DEEMO, has arrived. It’s a rhythm game where you can enjoy a variety of elements, including the visuals of the gameplay screen, the story, and new tracks added every month.
Fusion of rhythm games and air hockey | REFLEC BEAT plus
Like in typical rhythm games, you tap objects in time, but since the objects bounce around like in air hockey, it’s tricky and really makes you think. There are three difficulty levels to choose from, but even BASIC can be quite challenging on your first try. By default you can pick from three songs, and you can purchase additional tracks. Recommended for anyone who wants to try a rhythm game with a unique twist.
Auto-Analysis Rhythm Game | BEAT MP3 2.0 – Finger Dance

Following the previous title, which achieved 7 million downloads, a new BEAT MP3 has arrived. It features even more precise audio analysis than the last version. With its stylish interface and slightly intricate rhythm gameplay, this game lets you enjoy your favorite songs even more.
