ONE OK ROCK is a rock band that enjoys immense popularity in Japan and actively performs overseas to take on the world.
In 2020, the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic swept the globe, and for musicians it was a devastating year in which live performances were essentially shut down.
Even then, the band searched for what they could do and, as many will remember, realized an online concert at ZOZO Marine Stadium in October of that year.
Flip a Coin -ONE OK ROCK Documentary- is a documentary that follows the three months leading up to their no-audience concert.
It also includes interviews with the members reflecting on the band’s activities, making it an absolute must-see for fans.

Michael Jackson, known as the King of Pop, sadly passed away in 2009.

Shintaro Sakamoto LIVE 2022 @ Cabaret New Hakuba
Have you ever heard of “Yura-Tei”? Of course, music aficionados will know “Yura Yura Teikoku,” one of the few bona fide psychedelic rock bands in Japan.
They’re no longer active, but if you like Nirvana or The Zombies, you should give them a listen at least once.
Anyway, back to the point: the live shows by Shintaro Sakamoto, who was the vocalist of Yura Yura Teikoku, are seriously on fire.
Not only does he carry forward the shimmering, warped textures from the Yura-Tei era, but since going solo he’s also been crafting straightforward, pop-leaning melodies—essential listening even if you’re not already a fan.
Even if you don’t usually watch live music programs, don’t miss this!
