Kawakami, who was a high school student at the time, also served as the “Nettou! High School Baseball Manager,” supporting high school baseball players through the program.

Yume Watashi, sung by Naniwa Danshi, a seven-member idol group from Johnny & Associates, was selected as the theme song for Nettou Koshien on ABC TV/TV Asahi in 2021.
