Every dayAbe Mao8rank/position

Singer-songwriter Mao Abe became popular among high school students for her relatable, women-centered lyrics.
One of her signature songs that’s also a karaoke favorite is Itsu no Himo (“Always”).
It’s a poignant ballad that lets you showcase your vocal ability, and it’s fairly easy to sing even for those who aren’t confident in their sense of rhythm.
What would you do, if it were you?Abe Mao9rank/position

Abe Mao’s 18th single overall, released in August 2019.
It’s a very straightforward rock song that makes you feel refreshed when you listen to it.
The melody is very simple with no difficult progressions, so even those who aren’t confident singers should be fine singing it at karaoke! However, while you might not feel it’s that high because of her vocal timbre, the highest note in the chorus can be tough for some people, so please be a bit careful with the key setting at karaoke.
That said, I think the best way to enjoy this song is to forget the nitty-gritty and just go with the groove!
Stalker’s Song: 3rd Block, Your HouseAbe Mao10rank/position

Although it has the outrageous title “Stalker’s Song,” when you actually listen, it’s a track with some cute, chuckle-worthy moments.
The lively tune pairs perfectly with Mao Abe’s adorable yet powerful vocals, and the contrast with the slightly deranged lyrics makes it a particularly intriguing song.

Included on Mao Abe’s first cover album, “MY INNER CHILD MUSEUM,” which was released in January 2021.
The original song is a so-called Vocaloid track sung by Hatsune Miku, first published in 2011.
Vocaloid songs are originally composed without regard for the human vocal range, but Mao Abe masterfully delivers this kind of piece with her powerful high-tone voice.
This powerful high register isn’t something you can easily pull off just by “singing high,” so if you’re having trouble, it might be helpful to refer to the original Vocaloid version as well.
And if you want to further polish your proud high notes, I’ll be waiting for you in my vocal training sessions!
Your SongAbe Mao12rank/position

Mao Abe has many songs with powerful messages that really resonate.
Her track “Kimi no Uta (Your Song)” is another energizing number that hits you hard and lifts your spirits.
Released in 2019, it was also the theme song for the film “Cheer Boys!!,” which centers on a men’s cheerleading team.
While friendship songs are often mellow, this one is bursting with energy—perfect for giving you a firm push on the back when you’re feeling down.
It’s a song I’d recommend to a friend who’s feeling unsure about something.
A Song That Wants to ChangeAbe Mao13rank/position
