The other two tracks included were HONEY and Kasou.

They also had simultaneous single releases around 1998.

It was used as an insert song in the movie GODZILLA.

Titled “Fragments of Memory,” the song’s original version dates back to their indie days.

The composer of “Fragments of Memory” is Hiro, the guitarist.

Toward the end of the track, additional lyrics and other elements are incorporated.

For its official inclusion on this album, it was rearranged.

As with their other works, the arrangement was collectively finalized by L’Arc-en-Ciel.

“Dearest Love” is the final track on the 1996 album “True.” It’s a classic rock ballad in a relaxed triplet rhythm, rendered with L’Arc-en-Ciel’s distinctive flavor.

The shimmering sway as if drifting in the guitar’s luminous sound contrasts beautifully with Hyde’s sensuous, unhurried vocals.

This is the first track on the album “True,” released in 1996.

A staple of their live shows, it’s a familiar song to fans and was also included on the best-of album “The Best of L’Arc~en~Ciel.” Its gently drifting, beautiful melody line is tender, seductive, and dramatic.

A strings version was performed during the “20th L’Anniversary TOUR.”

In the AirL’Arc〜en〜Ciel68rank/position

This “In the Air” is the very first track on L’Arc-en-Ciel’s second album “Tierra,” which was their first release after making their major-label debut.

“Tierra” means “earth” in Spanish, and “In the Air” is a fitting opener for the album.

It is one of L’Arc-en-Ciel’s signature songs, included on three of their best-of compilations.

Promised landL’Arc〜en〜Ciel69rank/position

It’s a song that blends a distinctive pop melody with a powerful rock sound, distilling the charm of L’Arc in the ’90s.

The way the lyrics—imbued with a subtle sense of mystery—are set seamlessly to this melody truly feels like the essence of L’Arc at its best.

It was later recorded by the part-switching band P’UNK~EN~CIEL and included as the B-side to their 28th single, “Link.”

This is a piece that vocalist Hyde wrote because he wanted to try creating a song with “sexy and suggestive lyrics.” The seductive, almost bewitching resonance of his voice unfolds L’Arc-en-Ciel’s unique musical world.

Even the “naughtiness” resonates in the heart as something artistic, thanks to L’Arc-en-Ciel’s sexy allure.

It is included on their third album, Heavenly, released in 1995.
