Mayo Okamoto Popular Song Ranking [2026] (11–20)
Love Song of 365 DaysMayo Okamoto11rank/position

This song is included on the 14th original album “Tomorrow,” released in 2012.
It was used as the be-PON Melody on BS Fuji’s “be-Ponkickies,” and is a song that children can sing along to.
With lyrics only a mother who pours love into her child 365 days a year could write, it’s a joyful yet tear-jerking song.
BLUE STARMayo Okamoto12rank/position

It was released in 1995 as the coupling track to the first single “TOMORROW.” The lyrics are filled with joyful memories of summer days at the beach spent with him.
Precisely because the time together was so happy, the song earnestly expresses a wish for that happiness to continue next year and forever.
EverlastingMayo Okamoto13rank/position

Released in 1998 as the ninth single.
This song was used in a commercial for Kraft’s “6P Cheese with Camembert,” and it captures the feelings of a woman who is hopelessly in love.
She’s happy when she’s with him, but when they can’t meet, she becomes anxious—something many women can relate to.
Thank you to you.Mayo Okamoto14rank/position

This song is included on the 9th original album, “seasons,” and was used as the theme for Aeon’s ‘Celebrate Suits’ commercial.
Friends you can stay close with for a lifetime are irreplaceable treasures.
This song expresses feelings for such friends and overflows with gratitude.
Beautiful DaysMayo Okamoto15rank/position

This song is included on the 13th original album, “Close To You,” released in 2010.
It was chosen as the theme song for the nationwide Tokai TV/Fuji TV drama series “Hanayome Noren.” The positive lyrics—about how having someone important by your side gives you the strength to face any hardship or difficulty—mirror the drama’s story and make it a very uplifting track.
DestinyMayo Okamoto16rank/position

It was released in 2008 as the 20th single.
The single also includes a “piano version” in collaboration with pianist Yuhki Kuramoto, and the song was used as the theme for the Japanese-dubbed version of the TV Tokyo drama “New Shanghai Grand.” It’s a song notable for its heartrending lyrics.
Help meMayo Okamoto17rank/position

It’s a song included on the fourth original album, “Hello,” released in 1998.
It brightly and poppily sings about the busy morning rush.
With a slightly comical touch, it pleasantly overturns their previous image in a good way—a fun, uplifting track that brightens your mood.
I believeMayo Okamoto18rank/position

A track included on the third best-of album, “My Favorites,” released in 2010.
It gently conveys themes of believing in yourself, working hard, and not giving up, carried by a relaxed sound.
The vocals soothe the heart.
LastlyMayo Okamoto19rank/position

Mayo Okamoto is a female singer who was active from the 1990s through the 2000s.
In the early part of her career she specialized in gentle ballads, but recently she has also been presenting songs with a bit more edge.
Among them, the one I especially recommend is Lastly.
It’s basically a piece with a narrow vocal range, and the pitch movement isn’t all that drastic.
It remains easy to sing, but there are moments where long falsetto notes appear, so you need to watch out for those.
If the key is set too low, you won’t be able to produce a solid falsetto, so it’s best to raise the key by one or two steps from your usual optimal key.
TWILIGHTMayo Okamoto20rank/position

It’s a song included on the second album, “Pureness,” released in 1996.
The lyrics overflow with the feelings of a woman who cherishes the time spent with her boyfriend amidst the cold, wintry scenes of December.
Even if it’s just an ordinary day for him, it’s precious time for her, and her wish to keep things just as they are makes this a song brimming with love.
