Here is the commercial capturing NTT Docomo and Perfume’s final countdown project of the Heisei era.
Leveraging cutting-edge communication technologies such as 5G, the special content was even broadcast live.
Among these, an experimental attempt was made to connect Yokohama Arena and the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in real time over 5G with no latency, and it’s fair to say that the collaboration with Perfume’s future-forward sound was a success.
Chocolate DiscoPerfume12rank/position

This song is included on Perfume’s fourth single, “Fan Service [sweet],” which was released in 2007.
Released on Valentine’s Day, it reached No.
31, their highest position since their major-label debut.
It was also used as the Meiji “Fran” commercial song.
Solar WindPerfume13rank/position
Perfume’s “Solar Wind” is a track released in 2025, included on the album “Nebula Romance: Part II.” The sound is digitally driven in a way that feels quintessentially Perfume, and its near-futuristic vibe conveys a sense of moving forward.
As the title suggests, the lyrics evoke outer space, and the imagery of heading into the distance also expresses a positive, forward-looking attitude.
It was also used as the theme song for a Gundam card game commercial, which further reinforces that sense of optimism.
Next Stage with YOUPerfume14rank/position

In the Mercedes-Benz “The new A-Class” commercial featuring a collaboration with Perfume, the song used is Perfume’s “Next Stage with YOU.” The CM also features the members of Perfume as 3D animated characters created by illustrator Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, known for his work on the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.
Even as animated characters, they deliver a brilliant dance performance.
The melody, brimming with Yasutaka Nakata’s signature style, along with the song’s title, evokes a sense of anticipation for the next new stage that the A-Class promises to reveal.

This is the 2008 KOSE Fasio commercial featuring Aya Ueto, titled “Peacock Lashes.” Eye makeup is still a key focal point in makeup, but around that time there was a sudden wave of products that were highly functional—volumizing yet smudge-proof, waterproof, and designed to lift lashes.
The CM song is Perfume’s “edge.” It’s a quintessentially Perfume track—danceable and cool—and it fit perfectly with Aya Ueto’s sharp, striking look in the commercial.
Nebula RomancePerfume16rank/position

Perfume’s “Nebula Romance” was released in 2025 and is included on the latter half of their two-part concept album, Nebula Romance: Part Two.
The fact that the albums are built around this song’s title suggests it holds a particularly important place.
Its retro-tinged digital sound is striking, and together with the lyrics it evokes a sense of near-futuristic exhilaration.
As a commercial song, it was used in an NTT ad that looks back on memories with Perfume, expressing gratitude for how they have supported technology together.
