A digital download single by Superfly released in August 2022.
It was newly written as the opening theme for the second cour of the anime Aoashi, which began airing on July 2 of the same year.
I’m sure everyone is already well aware of Shiho Ochi’s outstanding vocal ability, but her voice and expressive power seem to have become even more refined since her major debut in 2007.
She has always been known for her powerful and dynamic singing, but even the softer vocals heard in this song are increasingly convincing.
Recreating this in karaoke will be quite challenging, but it’s a track I’d love for confident female singers to try.
Practice producing a soft and gentle falsetto that never sounds weak!

A song by Superfly, released in May 2020.
There’s no need to reiterate here how exceptional vocalist Shiho Ochi’s singing ability is—it’s already beyond question—and it’s easy to imagine that not many people can replicate this performance at karaoke.
The vocal melody spans a very wide range; while adjusting the key might help with that, I believe the song truly comes together thanks to Ochi’s powerful, dynamic high notes.
How to handle that aspect will test the singer’s sensibilities.

This is a song that became a hit as the theme song for the drama “GOLD.” It was released in 2010 as Superfly’s 10th single.
The positive lyrics are encouraging.
From the powerful opening, try singing with all your emotion.
WomanSuperfly18rank/position

This song portrays women’s inner strength, with Shiho Ochi’s powerful vocals resonating deeply.
Included on the album “WHITE,” released in May 2015, it expresses women’s allure and inner conflicts from a unique perspective.
Set to a funk-rock sound, it delivers a strong message to women living in the modern era.
The theme of the song is overturning fixed notions of femininity and the importance of living true to oneself.
It depicts women striving to forge their own paths within society.
It’s recommended for moments when you want to reassess your own value or are about to take a new step forward.
Armor of the heartSuperfly19rank/position

An artist known for powerful vocals.
Their wide vocal range, capable of both low and high notes, is captivating, and this song showcases that appeal to the fullest.
The chorus interweaves low and high notes, making it difficult to stay on pitch.
It gained attention as the theme song for “Yamikin Ushijima-kun Part 3.”

A powerful rock number that vividly evokes the image of a solitary genius surgeon who never fails.
Released in November 2016 as Superfly’s 22nd single, many of you may remember it as the theme song for the hugely popular drama Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon, Season 4.
It feels infused with an unshakable conviction, no matter what happens, and an indomitable spirit that constantly strives for the top.
If you listen to this song—about the resolve at that very moment when you’re just one step away from perfection—during a crucial time when you want to believe in yourself, it will surely give you courage!
