This is the university festival held at Bunkyo University’s Shonan Campus. Its name comes from the soaring tower on campus, the Shoto. The festival aims to provide a place for students to express themselves and to deepen交流 between the university and the local community. A variety of events are held, including exhibits of seminar activities and stage performances by many student clubs.
