The Lightning Festival is held every year at the Itakura Campus in Ora District, Gunma Prefecture. Courses are offered to make it easy for local residents to enjoy science in a casual way. With live performances by musicians and many events, it’s designed so that people in the community can have a great time as well.

Akabanedai Festival | Toyo University (Akabanedai Campus, Faculty of Life Design)

Akabanedai Festival is hosted by the Faculty of Life Design at the Akabanedai Campus in Tokyo. After the faculty moved from the Asaka Campus to the Akabanedai Campus, the festival was renamed from Asakasai. Each year, a theme is set and decorations throughout the campus reflect that theme. With guest comedy performances and plenty of stage events, the festival excites and entertains visitors.
