LONELY NIGHTStofubeats

tofubeats is a dance music artist who collaborates with other artists and also writes songs for singers.

His track-making, which freely moves from groovy, up-tempo dance tracks to R&B, is uniquely his own.

As heard on “LONELY NIGHTS,” his distinctive vocal processing creates an uncanny voice that feels somewhere between human and robot.

Whether at home or on the dance floor, his sound is pleasing to the ear—please give it a listen.

With solid sound and beat-making infused with a fierce individuality, t-Ace’s track is “super dope.” The lyrics are just plain fun—no fancy words or pretentious phrasing—but they fit the vibe and rhythm perfectly, so it really clicks.

At first glance it seems wild, but because the expression is so straightforward, a lot of it really hits home, and it’s a track you can enjoy without overthinking it.

All of t-Ace’s songs have their own flavor and are interesting, so let “Super Yabai” be your gateway and check out his other tracks too!

RADWIMPS – Catharsist [Official Music Video]

I think many people already recognize it because it was used as the theme song for the FIFA World Cup in Russia.

RADWIMPS’s “Catharsist.” Since RADWIMPS is known for more vocal-driven songs, I didn’t realize it was them when I first heard the rap-style “Catharsist.” It’s a laid-back, rap-influenced track, but the lyrics convey a quietly burning fighting spirit, making it a song I want to listen to when I need to focus or when it’s crunch time.

I recommend it both to fans of RADWIMPS and to those who like rap.

Remember feat. YOUNG JUJU (Prod. Chaki Zulu)Awich

Awich, a female rapper from Okinawa who burst onto the scene in 2017 and has been hailed as a “diva” for her exceptional vocal ability, has earned high praise from many quarters, even being lauded for a level of expression powerful enough to compete on the global stage.

This track features YOUNG JUJU, with production by Chaki Zulu, a charismatic producer who drew a lot of attention.

At the time, there were no producers or vocalists in Japanese music capable of delivering a sound like this.

If you’re going to dive into their work, start with this song.

Where We From feat. T-PablowAnarchy

After their major release with avex, their original badness—or rather, that ghetto vibe—faded a bit.

But it’s back with this track.

Featuring BAD HOP’s T-Pablow, it’s a yankii anthem where their rough edges intertwine in a way that’s almost pleasant to watch.

If you like music with a dark, menacing atmosphere, you’ve got to listen.

Japan’s hardcore is right here.

It paints scenes I’ve never even witnessed—hard to relate to, honestly—but that worldbuilding is exactly what makes it great.

I Want a Billion feat. TakaKOHH

KOHH – I Want a Billion feat. Taka (360 Degree)

Rapper KOHH boasts overwhelmingly exceptional rap skills that are on a whole different level.

On “I Want a Billion,” he brings in Taka from ONE OK ROCK, resulting in a heavy, rock-tinged track.

His chemistry with Taka is outstanding, and it makes you want to keep turning up the volume.

A fusion of rock and dance music, a fusion of KOHH and Taka—there are plenty of highlights in “I Want a Billion.” Be sure to listen to it in an environment where you can crank it up loud!

A splendid collaboration.

It’s a track where you can fully savor the rap skills of C.O.S.A.

× KID FRESINO.

You can enjoy the sound and feel of Japanese rap while also taking in the message within.

It’s a song about friends, the past, and the life ahead, and I especially want students to hear it.

Right now, it seems to be more popular among adults in their 30s than the younger generation, but little by little, the number of high school followers is growing.

I’m excited to see what’s next!
