Sea loves youMayumi Shinozuka

Tico of the Seven Seas is a unique entry in the World Masterpiece Theater series in that it has no original source material and is set in the modern era.
It tells the story of the protagonist, Nanami, traveling the world with her father and Tico the orca.
The opening theme, Sea loves you, was sung by Mayumi Shinozuka.
Together with the WindKobayashi Sachiko

It became a hot topic as an unexpected collaboration between Sachiko Kobayashi, a leading figure in enka, and anime! This song was used as the theme for the 1998 film Pokémon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back.
In the 2019 release, Mewtwo Strikes Back: EVOLUTION, a remake of the song performed by Sachiko Kobayashi and Shoko Nakagawa was used as the ending theme more than 20 years later.
The warm melody and lyrics filled with kindness are truly memorable, aren’t they?
MAGIC OF LOVETOo’S

The suspicious-sounding intro and melody get stuck in your head.
It’s the opening theme of the anime “Magical Circle Guru Guru,” based on the manga by Hiroyuki Eto.
The artist TOo’S is a vocal unit featuring actress Ranran Suzuki as the singer.
Her voice has a sultry quality that’s wonderful.
The upbeat lyrics, filled with anticipation for the future, are very anime-like and excellently done.
The musical style is rhythmic psychedelic music—an addictive number, to be sure.
N’baba Love SongTOME

The bright, tropical vibe is so appealing—it feels like an invitation to a southern island paradise! With a backdrop of blue seas, white waves, and a fiery red sun, it creates a laid-back atmosphere.
This uplifting track was released in November 2003 and became well-loved as the opening theme for the anime “Nangoku Shōnen Papuwa-kun.” In 2015, it was also included in the compilation album “50 Anime Songs You Should Know.” TOME’s vocals are striking, and listening to the song gives you a boost of energy.
It’s a perfect companion for a weekend drive or a seaside picnic.
Love, Far AwayFujiwara Rie

Dancouga – Super Beast Machine God is a work that incorporates features of both super robot and real robot anime.
Although the TV series was canceled, a sequel was later produced as an OVA.
The opening theme is sung by Rie Fujiwara, who was a member of C.C.
Girls.
Sky-Blue DaysNakagawa Shoko

Shoko Nakagawa’s opening theme for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a masterpiece that truly resonates with listeners! Written by meg rock and composed/arranged by Shinya Saito, the song overflows with messages of courage and hope in the face of setbacks and hardships.
Released as a single in June 2007, it was a huge hit, even ranking high on the Oricon charts.
I imagine many people in their thirties felt encouraged by this song to keep going when they hit life’s obstacles.
It’s the perfect uplifting cheer-up anthem to listen to right now!

Go-RoundItō Nao in FIX

The game itself that you could play on the Game Boy was fun too, wasn’t it? This is the opening theme of the anime ‘Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children,’ titled ‘Go-Round.’ It was the debut single of the music unit Nao Ito in FIX, released in 2000.
Its rhythmic, stylish sound carries a classic anison vibe.
The chorus, with a melody line that feels like heat bubbling up, is especially cool! Perfect for when you want to lift your spirits and pump up your energy.
