The New Year’s Eve event that brings together visual kei bands, Tokyo Chaos, will be held again this year at Yoyogi National Gymnasium Second Gymnasium. With many popular V-kei bands performing, it seems like this event is the perfect way for V-kei fans to ring in the new year. However, since the Second Gymnasium at Yoyogi National Gymnasium will undergo construction starting in 2017, the event will be put on hiatus after this year. All the more reason to make sure we attend this year.
