copy and pasteime 44

Ime 44 “Copy-Paste” feat. Hatsune Miku
Copy-paste ime 44

If you want to hear gritty, hard-hitting rock with roaring guitars, this track is for you! It’s a work by ime44, released in May 2024.

The harmony between Hatsune Miku’s clear, transparent vocals and the heavy, grinding guitar sound is striking.

The lyrics convey the struggles of a protagonist searching for their true self.

I can relate to the feelings of wrestling with one’s identity.

It’s a song I’d recommend to anyone who’s in the midst of a journey of self-discovery.

hollow kudzuNEW!one two three

Utsuro Kazura / Hifumi feat. Hatsune Miku
Utsurokazura NEW! Hifumi

This song confronts you with the suffocating feeling of being swallowed by other people’s schedules and convenience.

Released by Hifumi in December 2025, it features Hatsune Miku on vocals, with the illustration video by Mariyasu.

It portrays the sensation of being worn down by an environment where the more earnestly you try to live, the more “cunning” gets treated as “smart,” and the mindset of longing for salvation while being ensnared by nihilism.

The title’s image of the pitcher plant evokes the very essence of an inescapable sense of confinement.

The ending leaves you suspended without an answer, and it lingers in your chest.

It’s a work that makes you want to face yourself when you listen.

Let's dance!NEW!HELLO OSAKA

[HELLO OSAKA] Let's Dance feat. Uramei [Original Song]
Let's dance NEW! HELLO OSAKA

An addictive track with a piercing rock sound steeped in a sense of unease.

Created by 164—known both as a guitarist and a Vocaloid producer—who handled the lyrics and composition, the song was released under the name HELLO OSAKA in December 2025.

It serves as the official music video for an original short animation project set in the futuristic city of Osaka.

The lyrics blur the line between reality and dreams, and the powerful vocals of Uramei, the musical doppelgänger, are a perfect match—seriously cool.

Be sure to turn up the volume!

eclosionGou Aoki

羽化 / 羽累 → Eclosion / Feather burden
Uka Aoki Gou

An emotional rock number that questions where you stand in society.

It’s a work by Go Aoki, released in December 2023.

This up-tempo track blends pop elements with a sentimental mood to exquisite effect, and its sound really seeps into your heart as you listen.

It portrays doubts and anxieties about one’s own talent, along with the resolve to take a new step forward—impossible not to relate to.

If you listen to it when you’re feeling lost or troubled, I’m sure it will give you courage.

mudwormIori Kanzaki

Wishing to become beautiful shouldn’t be a sin.

This work carries a message that affirms a desire everyone holds in some way.

Kanzaki Iori released it digitally in August 2025 and unveiled the music video that November.

Teto Kasane SV’s gritty vocals and the rock sound violently stir up those muddy emotions that build up in the heart.

You want to be alone but still want to be loved—its appeal lies in how powerfully it stands by that irreconcilable feeling and affirms your entire being.

The word choices—distinctive of Kanzaki Iori, who also works as a novelist—pierce the heart alongside the pixel animation.

I especially want you to listen on nights when you can’t love yourself, when you feel down after comparing yourself to someone else.

Telecaster B-BoySorry

Telecaster B-Boy (long ver.) / Surii feat. Kagamine Len
Telecaster B-Boy Suri

This work features a driving rock sound and lyrics that resonate deep within the heart.

Composed by Vocaloid producer Surii, with Kagamine Len on vocals, the song’s lyrics portray the loneliness and turmoil of young people living today, where an earnest longing for love intersects with self-destructive impulses.

The addictive chord progression in the chorus is overwhelming, making it irresistibly replayable.

It’s a song I especially want those who want to move forward but can’t take the first step—those living with that frustrating feeling—to hear.

Ultramarine in the JellyfishNanahoshi Orchestra

Ultramarine in the Jellyfish / Kagamine Len – Nanahoshi Orchestra
Gunjou Nanahoshi Orchestra to the Jellyfish

An emotional coming-of-age rock track by Kagamine Len, dyed in ultramarine with longing and pain.

It’s a work from Iwami Riku’s music project, Nanahoshi Orchestra, released in November 2025.

The lyrics leave a poignant impression as urban scenes—like wind tunnels between buildings, heat haze, and asphalt—intertwine with fragile motifs such as jellyfish.

A self that’s been changed, summer memories that won’t fade.

As the protagonist keeps chasing a shadow while on the verge of drowning, my own memories overlap with theirs.

Give this fast-paced guitar rock a listen!
