Monitoring (Best Friend Remix)DECO*27

This track by DECO*27, who continues to lead the Vocaloid scene, had its music video released in September 2025.
It’s a bold self-remix of the original song that made big waves in 2024.
What’s interesting is how it transforms from a slightly shadowy mood into a glitzy dance-pop piece.
The lyrics also stand out for casting new light on the theme of “friendship.” The high-quality animated MV is another highlight!
LEMON MELON COOKIETAK

An electro-pop number that will make your heart flutter with its bittersweet tone.
Composed by TAK and released in January 2025.
Set to a light, catchy melody, it captures emotional highs and lows and the subtleties of human relationships.
Cleverly using food-themed metaphors, it paints a striking picture of life’s joys and sorrows.
When you want to lift your spirits, be sure to give this track a listen!
RequiemKanaria

The cool sound and melody line are irresistible! Composed by bKaroP, Kanaria—who has produced numerous hits like “KING”—and released in April 2023.
Its sleek, razor-sharp, minimalist soundscape pulls you right in.
Maybe because of the fast tempo, you can’t help but nod along vertically.
Be sure to also check out the versions sung by Suisei Hoshimachi, a Hololive VTuber active as a singer, and by Kanaria themselves!
Zamzateniwoha

This is a newly written piece for the unit “25-ji, Nightcord de.” from Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat.
Hatsune Miku.
Composed by the Vocaloid producer Teniwoha, also known for creating “Villain,” it was released in April 2023.
Its appeal lies in a rhythmic yet shadowy sound arrangement.
The lyrics, themed around “pain,” are somewhat eerie and somewhat heartrending.
The title “Zamza” refers to the name of the protagonist in the world-famous novel The Metamorphosis.
So if you read the novel, you’ll gain an even deeper understanding of the song.
Jude, my boyfriendsyudou

Syudou is a Vocaloid producer known for songs themed around the chaotic emotions humans possess.
He’s also known for providing tracks like “Usseewa.” Among his works, a particular recommendation is “Kareshi no Jude,” produced in 2021.
It features a gothic-inspired soundscape that exudes a dark and mysterious atmosphere.
The edgy synths driving the uptempo rhythm are addictive.
Be sure to pay attention to Hatsune Miku’s vocals, which convey a languid, ennui-laden expression.
Cute Girlfriendsyudou

A song by the Vocaloid producer syudou, also known for creating Ado’s “Usseewa,” which sparked a social phenomenon.
The lyrics exude a sense of madness, and the ominous atmosphere and melodies that pervade the entire track really stick in your ears.
The way various beats are packed into a short song structure, along with the effective key changes that build tension, are likely what make it so addictive.
It also features the wide melodic range characteristic of Vocaloid tracks, making it a great pick for beginners to the genre.
Morning Star GalacticaNayutan Seijin

While evoking a retro feel, it’s a track with a clean, modern sound that even feels new.
The lyrics frequently evoke images of outer space, combining a sense of familiarity with grandeur.
It was released on February 20, 2018.
Hatsune Miku was used as the VOCALOID.
