Entrance song guessing quiz

At weddings and receptions, there’s always lots of music, right? So how about a quiz where guests guess which song will play when the bride and groom make their entrance! If people know the couple’s favorite artists or songs, they might be able to guess, thinking, “Could it be that one?” To make it easy for everyone to join, it’s a good idea to narrow it down to about three choices.
Have guests vote for the song they think it is, and you can give prizes to those who get it right.
You could do this not only for the entrance song, but also for the exit song or the letter-reading segment.
Time-lapse

Use a technique called time-lapse—stitching together still images shot at regular intervals to make them look like a video—and try combining various scenes leading up to the wedding.
It takes time to gather the footage, but it will surely become a wonderful gift that leaves lasting memories for the bride, groom, and guests.
reenactment video

Keep it a secret from either the bride or the groom, and have friends reenact how the couple met! Since it’s not the actual couple, you can embellish the story or go over the top with the staging.
It might make the bride and groom blush, but it’s sure to get some laughs! There’s plenty you can include: how they met, when they started dating, the proposal, outings they went on, and even stories about arguments.
Pack in as many memories as you can and recreate them on video.
Reverse playback movie

How about filming a reverse-playback movie to create a fun and entertaining video celebrating the bride and groom? Since it will be played in reverse, the cast must perform all their usual actions backward, such as walking backward.
If you include behind-the-scenes footage at the end, people will surely be moved to see how much effort went into making it.
Give it a try!
A relay of our favorite songs for everyone

How about creating a video where everyone sings a song in a relay and giving it as a musical gift? You could sing a song that holds special memories for the bride and groom, or everyone could sing and connect a love song that perfectly matches their image.
It’s wonderful to send a message not with words, but through a song, isn’t it? The bride and groom are sure to be moved!
Telephone game on the back

It’s a telephone game where you write the given word or phrase with your finger on the next person’s back and pass it along down the line.
It’s surprisingly hard to convey accurately, so it would be exciting to compete by accuracy and time at each table.
Since it’s a wedding with guests of all ages—from children to the elderly—you’ll need to make sure the prompts are things everyone knows.
It also involves light physical contact, making it perfect for helping unfamiliar guests break the ice and mingle.

Dance MV Parody

Just dancing isn’t that exciting! For someone like you, we recommend this kind of performance.
Create a video that perfectly imitates the PM, smoothly connect it to your entrance at the venue, and then kick off the dance from there.
In this example, it’s done with Michael Jackson’s “Beat It,” but if you look around, you’re sure to find plenty of other fun ideas!
