1994–2009.” In Japan, it has been used repeatedly in TV commercials and is a well-known song.

Live While We’re YoungOne Direction

Released in November 2012, this is a track included on One Direction’s second album, Take Me Home.

Released in 2005, this is Sum 41’s 13th single and is also included on their third album, “Chuck,” which came out in October 2004.

Take my handSimple Plan

Released in February 2008, this song is included on Simple Plan’s third album, “Simple Plan.” While Simple Plan often writes songs about not wanting to grow up, this track is a motivational anthem directed at their uncertain, gradually maturing selves, expressing the importance of believing and having confidence.
Eye Of The TigerSurvivor

Released in June 1982, this is Survivor’s fifth single, included on their third studio album, Eye of the Tiger, which was released the same month.
It was also used as the theme song for the film Rocky III, released the same year, and is a highly recognized track in Japan as well.

This is a refreshing track by U2, the legendary band from Ireland.

JumpVan Halen

Released in December 1984, it was Van Halen’s 17th single and is also included on their sixth studio album, 1984, which was released the same month.

The title “Jump” embodies the idea of taking a step forward, making it an uplifting, motivational anthem.
