Let’s Go Get StonedRay Charles

Ray Charles, the great singer who represents Georgia.
If you love soul music, I’m sure you already know his achievements and appeal.
Among his works, the one I especially recommend is Let’s Go Get Stoned.
It’s a song that the English rock band Manfred Mann also covered, so even those who aren’t well-versed in Black music might find it familiar.
While it has some soulful elements, its defining feature is that it’s basically arranged with a light sound reminiscent of 1970s neo-soul.
Let’s Go To BedThe Cure

The Cure is a rock band from England formed in 1978.
If you’re a music enthusiast in Japan, you might already know them.
They’ve produced many classics while traversing genres like post-punk and gothic rock, but the one I especially recommend is “Let’s Go to Bed.” Given the era, its striking, quirky melody carries a distinct new wave feel.
Be sure to check it out.
Let’s GoStuck In The Sound

Stuck in the Sound is an indie rock band from France that has been active since the 2000s.
Among their songs, the one I especially recommend is Let’s Go.
Like Nina Hagen’s Naturträne, it starts with a somewhat dark tone, but then steadily ramps up in intensity and dives into a hook.
If you want to feel that indie rock vibe that peeks through a sense of languor, be sure to check it out.

Let’s GoKhalid

Khalid, who first drew attention on SoundCloud and has since become one of the world’s leading R&B singers.
He’s known not for orthodox R&B, but for an appealing, alternative approach.
Among his tracks, the one that fits this theme perfectly is Let’s Go.
Created early in his career, this piece leans more toward pop than R&B.
With a strong indie-pop vibe, it’s very accessible to Japanese listeners who may not be accustomed to Black music.
Let’s Go Out TonightThe Blue Nile

The Blue Nile is a music group from Scotland.
They specialize in art rock and sophisti-pop, and rather than moving listeners through vocals or lyrics, they excel at a more instrumental, atmospheric approach.
Among their many great songs, the one I especially recommend is “Let’s Go Out Tonight.” As mentioned, it’s a track that feels almost like an instrumental, with understated vocals throughout.
If you want to immerse yourself in a fully realized sonic world, definitely give it a listen.
LET’S GOwill.i.am, J Balvin

Rapper will.i.am, known not only as a member of the Black Eyed Peas but also for churning out solo hit tunes, collaborates here with Colombia’s leading singer J Balvin on “LET’S GO.” While it incorporates elements of reggaeton, the track overall is rooted in electronic sounds.
For those who loved the early-2000s house music scene, this will be an especially familiar and approachable song.
Let’s GoTrick Daddy (feat. Lil Jon & Twista)

A heavyweight of the South, Trick Daddy.
His Southern style infused with gangster essence still commands passionate support from Southern heads today.
On this track, Let’s Go, he’s joined by Twista—known for his fastest-rap skills—and Lil Jon, a pioneer of crunk music.
It’s a standout cut marked by a wild, high-energy hook and the striking contrast of each artist’s sophisticated verse.
