Violin 4.0 (Olympis Remix)Helion

The track “Violin 4.0” features a tightly crafted bass-and-kick ensemble that grooves incredibly hard.
The sound design is excellent, and while it doesn’t have major shifts or big developments, it’s insanely danceable.
It also works great as feel-good BGM—seems perfect for a drive—making it an outstanding remix.
Vampire HeartHiM

HIM is a gothic rock band whose trademark is the “heartagram,” a symbol that combines a heart and a pentagram.
The group was formed in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, often referred to as a mecca of metal.
Frontman Ville Valo, the vocalist influenced by heavy metal acts like Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, excels at crafting songs that are both heavy and melodic.
It’s a band where you can experience the dark aesthetic unique to metal alongside a passionate rock sound.
VioletHippo Campus

Hippo Campus is one of the US indie bands that’s really been getting a lot of buzz lately.
They’re a four-piece formed by high school classmates, and maybe that’s why—within their stylish sound and excellent melodic sense, you can distinctly feel a sparkling, youthful vibe.
Their music videos are simple yet very stylish as well.
They’re a fantastic band.
VioletHole

Many people may know Courtney Love as Kurt Cobain’s wife, but not be familiar with her band, Hole.
This song appears on their second album, Live Through This, released in 1994, and it’s about her relationship with Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan.
The emotions are so intense that you can’t help but feel a bit sorry for Billy…
VIXENIMPOSTOR

How about a hard-hitting electronic tune? This track by the vocaloid producer IMPOSTOR was released in 2021.
Its fast-paced soundscape paints a dark world, and on top of it rides Makune Nana’s crisp, articulate vocals.
The lyrics, which can be read as yandere, are filled with overflowing feelings for a loved one.
It’s a perfect match for the relentless melody line.
Be sure to turn the volume up.
