First, create the dinosaur’s base using aluminum wire and cardboard.

Once the base is ready, add volume with paper clay.

After the clay dries, paint it and add patterns and facial details.

When the paint dries, it’s finished! If you want your Tyrannosaurus to stand on its own, be sure to fix the wire in the legs to the base before adding the clay.

Make a “tree” using a plastic wrap (cling film) tube, and insert the stick inside the tube.

When you move the stick up and down, the ladybug will move too! It’s also fun to make other bugs or your favorite characters instead of a ladybug, so give it a try!

Let me introduce the Chopstick Chomping Crocodile—its moving face is super fun! Get some chopsticks, rubber bands, and origami, and let’s make it.

First, split two pairs of chopsticks.

Align each pair lengthwise and secure them with rubber bands.

Once you have two secured sticks, attach them together top and bottom with rubber bands so they can open and close.

Finally, glue or tape a face and mouth to the tips of the chopsticks, and you’re done.
