Four-year-olds are starting to interact more with their friends, which also means they experience more inner conflicts.
Be sure to include lots of fun activities and create times when everyone can laugh together.
In addition to outdoor play, it’s great to do plenty of games indoors so children can move their bodies and minds to the fullest.
Indoor play and games aren’t affected by the weather, so it’s reassuring to have a wide variety ready.
This time, we’re introducing a range of games—from classics to ones that engage the body and the mind.
We hope you enjoy a wonderful time filled with the children’s cheerful voices.

Sharpen your judgment and reflexes! Here’s an idea for a quick-draw towel game.
You’ll need white towels and flags.
Pair up in twos and sit facing each other across a table.
When the teacher raises a flag, quickly grab the towel.
Once you’re used to the rules, it gets more fun if you increase the number of towel colors to two or three! While identifying the color of the flag the teacher raised, search among the towels on the table for the specified color and pull it toward you.
Give it a try!
Alien Repatriation Game
https://www.tiktok.com/@asobiinlife/video/7304249524820708609Work together with your friends to help the aliens! Here’s an idea for an Alien Return Game.
You’ll need balloons, markers, and something to mark the start and finish lines.
In this simple game, you transport a balloon (pretending it’s an alien) to the goal—but teamwork is a must.
The rule is that teams of four must hold hands and never let go! Coordinate your timing using your joined hands, and use your heads, shoulders, or hips while calling out to each other.
Cooperate and save the aliens!
Evolution Rock-Paper-Scissors
@kidschallengeclub Introducing Evolution Rock-Paper-Scissors! It’s a game where you keep playing rock-paper-scissors with lots of different people and evolve step by step! If you become a god within the time limit, you win! The kids suddenly start imitating grandpas and grandmas, and it’s so authentic I couldn’t stop laughing. It’s that kind of fun game!evolutionEvolution Rock-Paper-ScissorsRock-paper-scissorsRock-Paper-Scissors Gamebaby#GrandmaGodInteresting
Invincibly Cute – Naoki Endo
An amusing game where you evolve by winning rock-paper-scissors: “Evolution Janken.” Aim to become a god within the time limit! Everyone starts as a baby.
Since you’re a baby, you crawl to move and play rock-paper-scissors with people you meet.
If you win, you evolve and can move by hands-and-knees crawling.
If you lose, keep belly-crawling and look for your next opponent.
It goes like this: belly-crawl, hands-and-knees crawl, bear walk, adult, elderly person, and finally, you become a god and the game ends.
Evolve within the time limit!
Stacking paper cups

Let me introduce a fun cup-stacking game where you build up a pyramid.
Stack 15 paper cups to form a pyramid from the bottom up.
Time each attempt and compete to see who can complete the pyramid the fastest.
Because you have to think about the best way to stack the cups as you go, it’s a game that trains both concentration and problem-solving skills at the same time.
Plastic cups have smooth, glossy surfaces, so paper cups are recommended when children are playing.
Give it a try!
stop ball throw
https://www.tiktok.com/@secondhouseayumu/video/7338624401589554440Thinking while moving is fun! Let me introduce a stop-ball throwing game idea.
You’ll need colored balls and cards with signs on them.
Place the colored balls on the floor and throw them into a basket.
If a “Stop” card is shown, everyone must freeze, even if they’re in the middle of throwing a ball.
Once the children get used to the rules, it’s fun to add similar-sounding words like “tomato” along with “stop.” Adjust the activity while observing the children’s responses.
Rock-Paper-Scissors Balance Game

Here’s a rock-paper-scissors balance game that gets your whole body moving.
Play rock-paper-scissors with your friends.
If you win, do a one-legged balance for 5 seconds.
If it’s a tie, spin around twice and then do a one-legged balance for 5 seconds.
If you lose, spin around three times and then do a one-legged balance for 5 seconds.
For children who find one-legged balancing difficult, it’s recommended to hold onto something while balancing.
When playing the rock-paper-scissors balance game, secure a spacious area and keep a safe distance from one another to ensure safety.

Kuru-Kuru Touch

Kurukuru Touch is a game played in pairs with a friend.
One person stands in place, and the other stands facing them.
Decide in advance who will wait and who will run.
At the signal “Ready, go!” the runner circles around the waiting person and, when they come to the front, they touch both hands! That’s the only rule.
The runner can go around as many times as you like, but decide the number beforehand.
It’s also a game that helps practice following the rule of “Touch after running X times,” making it perfect for 4-year-olds!
