Heart Rabbit

It’s fun to draw your favorite expressions! Here’s an idea for a heart bunny.
All you need is one sheet of origami paper in your favorite color or pattern, and a pen.
It’s a cute and unique idea that looks like a bunny has merged with a heart.
You can enjoy drawing bunnies with all kinds of expressions, like a beaming smile or a slightly nervous look! Once you add the facial expressions, your heart bunny becomes more than just a bunny—it transforms into a work of art full of emotion.
Give it a try!
Full Moon Rabbit

Here’s a way to make a full moon and a rabbit from a single sheet of origami paper.
Start with yellow origami paper, color side facing in, and begin with the double-layer boat base, stopping when only one side is folded into a boat.
Fold the left and right corners of the boat section upward, leaving a small gap at the center line.
Next, fold the left and right corners diagonally inward, then tuck in the top corner to shape the rabbit’s ears.
Use scissors to make slits on the top layer on both sides; then make small cuts at the lower part of the rabbit so the bottom becomes rectangular, and continue folding to refine the shape of the rabbit’s face.
Fold the rabbit so it sits on top of the yellow paper.
For the yellow moon, tuck in the corners to round it into a circle, and you’re done! Feel free to draw the face as you like.
A rabbit folded from two sheets of origami paper

Rabbits are often depicted together with moon viewing because the white patterns on the moon are said to resemble a rabbit pounding mochi.
Let’s make such a rabbit using two sheets of origami paper.
First, fold the first sheet into a triangle twice, then open the triangle and fold it into a square.
Next, fold down the top single layer in half.
Flip it over and repeat the same steps.
Fold both ears toward the center, then fold the tip of one ear outward to finish the face.
Now take the second sheet of origami, fold it into a triangle in half, and open it.
Fold all four edges inward along the crease to form a diamond shape.
Fold the bottom part up, then fold it slightly back down.
Fold the top part inward as well, then fold everything in half to complete the body.
Finally, glue the face and body together and draw the face to complete your rabbit!
In conclusion
We introduced ways to fold cute rabbits.
They’re all so adorable that you’ll want to make lots of them.
If you find the steps difficult, using larger origami paper will make it easier to fold.
Once you get used to it, you should be able to fold with regular or even small origami paper, so try making different types and sizes and have fun!
