Friendly DOG Bark & Whine Sound Effects

This collection features the plaintive barks of a dog when scolded or feeling frustrated.
The sorrowful tone is captured beautifully, delivering a clear and enjoyable sound effect.
It’s a high-quality effect that’s suitable not only for personal use but also for games, videos, and other productions.
[Sound effect] Horse neighs

Rather than a cry, it’s a sound effect that feels more like a neigh.
Not only does it capture the neighs themselves, but it also carefully picks up the horse’s breathing, so when you listen, you can feel a strong sense of realism—as if a horse were right beside you.
Zebra’s call

Do you know what kind of sound a zebra makes? Believe it or not, they go “woof! woof!”—like a dog! You’d expect a horse to whinny, but… for zebras it’s more accurate to say they bark rather than neigh.
Even among similar animals, when you actually listen, their calls can be quite different, huh?
Camel’s call

Camels are animals that make surprisingly loud calls.
Up close, it sounds like “bwoooon!”—almost like listening to the engine of heavy machinery.
Perhaps it’s a call meant to carry to distant companions across the vast deserts where camels live.
Chimpanzee calls

Chimpanzees vocalize with a high-pitched “Ukya!” sound.
When male chimpanzees fight each other, they seem to threaten one another by shouting in a slightly lower voice, like “Ho ho ho!” Chimpanzees are said to be the animals closest to humans, and it’s said they can understand a few percent of human language.

This is a work that records bear vocalizations, a topic that often comes up in Japan.
It sounds a bit similar to a dog’s bark, but the lower, more ferocious tone gives it a considerable sense of intimidation.
As a sound-effect piece, it has a very compelling style.
