Rhythmic is a girls’ dance and vocal unit.

Yuka Takada, who was active as a vocalist in this unit, is from Akita Prefecture and graduated from Akita Municipal Akita Commercial High School.

The group was formed in 2010 by five members who were selected from among many contestants—1,000 vocalists and 1,000 dancers—on the audition variety show “Let’s Make a Star Together! Welcome TV.” However, they disbanded in 2012 to much regret.

After the breakup, she has continued to work as a singer-songwriter, mainly in her hometown of Akita.

KEITH continued working as a drummer after ARB disbanded, but he was diagnosed with an illness affecting his right arm and was forced to take a rest.

He has since resumed his musical activities.

Toshi Uehara was a singer from Odaten-machi (now Odate City) who was active in the late 1930s (the early Showa 10s).

However, he was drafted in 1942 and was killed in action in 1944 at the young age of 35.

A memorial monument stands in Katsurajo Park.

“Tsuma Koi Dochu” was released in April 1937.

The drummer Tsutomu Imagawa of the band ECHOES—known for having Jinsei Tsuji as its vocalist—hails from Yokote City in Akita Prefecture.
