Kasarinchu is a male duo living in Kasari, Amami Oshima.

Tatsuhiro plays guitar, and Kosuke does human beatbox; both are lead vocalists and have been classmates since junior high.

Their melodious, heartwarming songs gently and surely sink into your heart.

Listening to them gives you a warmth that makes you feel homesick for your hometown.

In 2013, they released NewWorld, the ending theme for the anime Space Brothers.

Their year-end bonenkai live shows are a tradition, but as of 2020 they have been focusing on solo activities.

Hey Hey Baby! You’re No. 1!Supaakuringu☆Pointo

All three members are from Amami Ōshima in Kagoshima Prefecture.

They debuted with “Hey Hey Baby! You’re NO.1!” released on September 1, 2004.

After switching labels and other changes, it was announced on their official website and blog on June 2, 2009, that they were disbanding.

Yurika Oyama is a singer from Wadomari, Oshima District, who debuted in 2005 under Sony Music Associated Records.

“Chiisana Koi no Uta” is her third single, released in 2006.

Although it is a cover of a song by MONGOL800, it became a hit after being used in a commercial for Acecook.

AndersonJitsuyoshi Yūichi (tesura wa nakanai.)

Based in Kagoshima, Tesla wa Nakanai.

is a band that delivers a rock sound that stirs the emotions.

Drummer Yuichi Saneyoshi hails from Kanoya City.

He joined the band, which was formed in 2008, in April 2010, helping to lay the foundation for the current four-member lineup.

They made their major-label debut in 2014 with the single “Lie to myself.” Rather than relying on one specific mega-hit, they steadily built their reputation through releases like the mini-album “Anderson,” gaining popularity for their emotional live performances.

Their human-driven, analog, body-felt sound is perfect for anyone seeking moving Japanese rock.

We can’t wait for their comeback from their so-called “big recharge” hiatus.

Like her compatriot Chitose Hajime, she traces her roots as a singer to Amami shimauta.

With a vocal style that incorporates the distinctive guin phrasing and a clear, pure voice, she is a highly skilled singer who captivates listeners.

She is also well known for appearing on TV Tokyo’s “The Karaoke★Battle,” where she has scored a perfect 100.000 three times, attesting to her acclaimed vocal technique.

Radiant Melancholy is an entertainment rock band from Kagoshima that captivates listeners with catchy melodies and a touch of nostalgia.

They began as a high school band in 2017, disbanded once, and relaunched in 2020.

Their track “Escape” was featured in a local TV commercial, showcasing their talent early on.

In 2022, they pulled off the ambitious feat of releasing singles for 12 consecutive months—an impressive display of creativity.

You can’t take your eyes off their continued growth as they move their base from Kagoshima to Fukuoka, and now to Tokyo.

Yuno Ohara, whose innocent and radiant smile is so captivating, hails from Kagoshima Prefecture.

She debuted in 2009 as a member of the dance and vocal unit Dream5, where she mainly performed as a dancer known for her sharp, dynamic moves.

In 2014, the group performed the theme song for a hit anime that became a social phenomenon, spreading energy across Japan with choreography everyone wanted to imitate.

After the group disbanded at the end of 2016, she shifted her focus to acting and modeling.

In 2019, she won the Grand Prize at the Cover Girl Awards, which honors the woman who appeared on the most magazine covers that year.

She now appears in numerous productions as an actress and also serves as an ambassador promoting the charms of her hometown, Kagoshima City.
