Gorō Kanō is an enka singer from Ichiki-Kushikino City who debuted in 1979 under the stage name Yūji Mori.
In 1982, he changed his stage name to Gorō Kanō.
“Baka Dakara” is his sixth single, released in 2009 by Tokuma Japan.
It was re-released by King Records after he transferred there in 2013.
Midnight GuitarSenga Kahoru

Kaoru Senga is a singer from China Town, Oshima District, who made her record debut with Nippon Columbia in 1969.
She mainly sang folk songs.
“Mayonaka no Guitar” (Midnight Guitar) was Kaoru Senga’s debut single.
She won the New Artist Award at the Japan Record Awards.
The song became a hit, selling 450,000 copies.
Sunny DayKonishi Manami

After working as a model, Manami Konishi, an actress from Satsumasendai City, made her debut in 1997.
In 2008, she debuted as a singer under the name Kazue Fujiki.
Sunny Day is Manami Konishi’s debut single as a singer.
It was used as the theme song for the film Sweet Rain: Accuracy of Death.

Although the surname “Ganaha” has roots in Okinawa and often leads people to assume she is an artist from Okinawa, she is actually from Amami Oshima in Kagoshima Prefecture.
She debuted in 1998 with the single “Sakura no Koro,” and after appearing in commercials and engaging in various activities, she continues to pursue her music career energetically as of 2016.

They made their major debut with Warner Music Japan in 2001 with the release of “Tada Toki ga Tatta Dake de” (Just as Time Passed).
Since 2005, they have been active in the indie scene under the name Coa, working on production, arrangement, and songwriting.

Koji Nagayama is an enka singer from Kirishima City who made his solo debut in 2003.
He performed as a member of Albatross from 1982, Los Indios from 1984, and Koji Nagayama & Los Primos from 2010.
“Soshite Kitaguni e” is his second solo single, released in 2007.
Obokuri~EeumiAsazaki Ikue
Ikue Asazaki is a singer from Setouchi Town in Ōshima District who made her major-label debut with Universal Music in 2002.
She had been active as an indie artist since 1997 as a singer of Amami shimauta (island songs).
“Obokuri ~ Eeumi” is a track included on Ikue Asazaki’s major-label debut album.
