Singer-songwriter Takeshi Terada from Nagano City captivates with catchy melodies that fuse pop and rock.

His career traces back to his former band Joe Harp, with a legendary story of drawing over 300 people to a street performance in front of Nagano Station.

In 2003, he made his major-label debut with the band Harebare, gaining nationwide recognition with songs featured as opening themes for the popular anime SD Gundam Force and TBS’s CDTV.

He is currently part of Quarter Century with LINDBERG’s Masanori “CHERRY” Koyanagi, pursuing pop music that transcends generations—a truly inspiring endeavor.

Kana Kobayashi, a native of Kamisuwa in Nagano Prefecture, is the central figure of the Nagoya-based three-piece rock band “Me to Me,” serving as both vocalist and guitarist.

Formed in 2022, the band won the “Derennno!? Summersoni!?” audition within just six months and performed at SUMMER SONIC 2022.

They’re also set to appear at SXSW in the United States in March 2025—their momentum is incredible.

Kobayashi’s catchy melodies that anyone can hum along to, paired with lyrics that honestly capture everyday feelings, are truly wonderful.

kOTOnoha is a rock band from Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, formed in 2014.

True to their name, which evokes “words,” they place great value on expression in Japanese, crafting lyrics that turn the resonance of language and candid feelings into words.

Their style includes rap-like delivery and shouts, conveying their message in various ways that don’t fit into a single mold.

Sonically, there’s a strong sense of emotion.

Since 2019, they have been active under the Niigata City–based label KIZUNA RECORDS.

Keiko Nakano, who served as the very first “Uta no Onee-san” (lead singing sister) on the popular NHK Educational TV program Okāsan to Issho, belonged to the NHK Matsumoto Children’s Choir.

After graduating from high school, she entered NHK’s acting training school and began her full-fledged career in entertainment.

Today, she is active not only as a singer but also as a producer, appearing at children’s music events and the like.
