Headbanger!!BABYMETAL

This is a video of a live performance in Switzerland.
The audience is already excited even before the music starts, and the burst of catharsis that follows all at once feels truly incredible.
Even so, it’s really a mystery where this power comes from in these three young idols with such slender bodies.
Chokotto LoveYUIMETAL

A live performance that begins with a photo book tracing the life of YUIMETAL—known as the angel of dance within BABYMETAL—from her childhood.
It features a rare YUIMETAL solo cover of Pucchimoni’s classic Chokotto Love.
But instead of an idol-style song, it’s undeniably heavy.
BABYMETAL has left behind many covers of other artists, yet the fresh spin on this track is surprisingly addictive.
And YUIMETAL’s unbelievably adorable face in the footage is just beyond words!

BABYMETAL is a metal dance unit formed in 2010 under the theme of “the fusion of idols and metal.” “Elevator Girl” is a track that, like the sun and moon changing the light that shines by day and night and transforming the scenery of the world, plays an even wider variety of sounds than before, coloring the galaxy of metal in a multitude of hues.
Please enjoy the further-evolved “new metal!”

Love MachineMOAMETAL

A live performance that begins with a segment introducing BABYMETAL’s MOAMETAL, tracing her life from childhood like a short film.
It’s Morning Musume’s classic “Love Machine,” and while it has a somewhat lighter, idol-pop vibe compared to the other two solo songs, the arrangement firmly layers on a heavy metal weight.
If you start listening with the image of a straight idol song in mind, the performance will absolutely floor you.
It also reaffirms how phenomenal BABYMETAL’s chemistry with the band is—of course all three members shine, but that unity really stands out.
4 No UtaBABYMETAL

This is a live video from London’s Wembley Arena.
If I remember correctly, the venue holds about 15,000 people, so if BABYMETAL can draw that crowd on their own, it’s truly astounding and I can say they’re an artist that represents Japan.
That’s because there are virtually no other Japanese artists who can do something like this.
Please give me wings -Tsubasa wo kudasai-BABYMETAL

Among the songs BABYMETAL has covered so far, this is one with exceptionally high popularity among overseas fans.
The original track is wonderful, of course, but this version really lets you feel the moving, tear-jerking power of the trio’s voices.
They’re angels of the Metal Resistance, and both this performance and their vocals at that time are already spoken of as legends among fans.
Please enjoy it in the live footage.
